Mentoring is pairing of two people – mentor and mentee. They can be any ages, gender or race. The goal of mentoring is for the mentor to share knowledge, skills, information, that will  foster the personal and professional growth of the mentee.

Someone who has a desire to gain skills, experience and knowledge that will advance their life plan. Through mentorship they will be provided a confidential space to reflect and grow
